1. Contest rules acceptance

3. Name, image, voice and likeness

Separate optional consent would be sought before identifying a participant publicly or using their photo, recording, voice or likeness in publicity. AI-generated representations or voice simulations, if considered, require distinct, explicit disclosure and consent rather than being silently included.

4. Optional marketing messages

Separate, unchecked opt-in for news about 22 Tango Tech or future products. Prize eligibility would not depend on accepting marketing.

5. Versioned audit trail

The real form should record the time, agreement version, and choices made, while securing these records separately from anonymous judging information.
