What is the challenge?
Tell us about a product or service you once enjoyed that changed, and what you wish companies understood about the experience. Suggestions may inspire future content, subject to appropriate permissions.
Proposed format
- Free written entry during a 30-day submission period, using an approved method.
- Eligible submissions reviewed against six disclosed criteria.
- Twenty-two finalists selected by judging, subject to published tie-breaking rules.
- One finalist selected in an independently documented random drawing for a confirmed gift card prize.

Research may be supported by third-party tools, but viral success cannot be guaranteed. Finalist selection will be documented and reviewed by humans. Separate commercial analysis will not affect prize eligibility.
Entry options under consideration
Online form and email are planned; postal mail remains under review. All announced entry methods will be free and evaluated equally. No purchase, subscription, follow, like or share will be required.
Before entries open
We must finalize the prize and sponsorship, operating entity, start and end dates, geographic eligibility, privacy notice, content license, and the lawful rules for judged finalists followed by a random drawing.
